My middle name Ndidi means patience in Igbo. Sometimes my name can be an unwelcomed reminder of the frustrating process of waiting. Yet, I am also reminded that it is in the waiting where dreams are birthed.

Established in 2020, Feli is a manifestation of a long-held dream that was hidden in my heart for many years. I always knew that I would name my business after my mother. I just wish she was alive to see it. Yet, in my heart, I choose to believe she does…every step, whether big or small.

This is my dream - to show the beautiful intricacies of African fashion, to highlight its creative designers and to show its continual evolution. African fashion is more than just lace or its popular ankara prints. It includes so many distinct styles and various traditional fabrics.
