Shipping

All US orders are shipped via UPS or USPS and should be received within 7-10 business days after processing. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Orders usually take 3-5 business days to process before they are shipped. Please ensure that your billing and shipping addresses are correct prior to completion of your order.

International Shipping

At this time, Feli will only be shipping domestically within the United States. Feli will only accept orders with a US shipping address.

Unverifiable Addresses

Please use the same formatting that the UPS/USPS uses when delivering your mail. Include apartment or suite numbers and make sure to use the correct zip code and city.

Return Policy

Due to COVID-19, there will be no returns or exchanges permitted to ensure the safety of our customers.

Order Changes/Cancellations
